Moments to the heart of North Sydney CBD, fine dining, cafés and a number of high schools, whilst being in walking distance to North Sydney Bus/Rail interchange.

The Harvard has bus-stops, a taxi rank, and a go-get car rank right outside the building. Naturally there are some general do's and don'ts in any apartment living. Our chief aim is to ensure you and the other residents truly enjoy living at Harvard.

Who manages The Harvard?

The executive committee for Strata Plan 56005, The Harvard, manages the building on behalf of all owners. Members of the executive committee are elected each year at the strata plan’s annual general meeting. An executive committee may number from 1 to 9 people. Once a committee is elected, the members of the committee decide who will fill the roles of chairman, treasurer, and secretary. The executive committee works closely with the managing agent. All owners are encouraged to take an active interest in The Harvard and serve as a committee member for a year or two.
